Thank you for your nice comments and suggestions on my new Alter Ego picture. Glad many of you like her I need to draw some "random" action pictures with her too see if she fits me, though.
However.. Remember that I told you some weeks ago about my job situation? With my fellow worker who seems to dislike me and stuff? I talked to human resources this Tuesday and the day after my lab head had a talk with them, too. And now lab head and me.. we had our talk today
I told him that I'm gonna look for a new job since I'm very unhappy and uncomfortable with this situation. He was very understanding and respected my decision. He knows that the whole team is messed up and many things need to be changed. With me, he wanted to add a breath of fresh air to the group he told me. He also said that he was worried from the beginning that it might not work since there's so much cracked in the group and well.. He was right ;]
So, let's work this out now! I'm gonna write a new cover letter and add some things in my CV this weekend.
I'm able to look forward again! Because there's light now :] (Kiiitschy XD)

That's awesome ! 8D You make me think of my own situation actually, I was in a constant fight my school these monthes, and yesterday I finally came to give them my resign letter xDD it was so fun to see their faces when I told them that they were so uncompetent that I'm resigning right now to take courses other way Good luck to find a new (and better) job !
